All bookings over 3 hours require a 50% Deposit, or a credit card to secure the booking. This is non refundable with less than 24hours notice of cancellation.
We require 24hours notice for cancellation.
We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
If you arrive late for your treatment, it shall be reduced to respect other clients.
Medical Conditions. If you suffer from any medical conditions, are taking any medication or allergies that may affect your treatment. Please advise your therapist prior to your treatment.
We treat both male and female clients.
The therapist reserve the right to decline or cancel any treatment.
Pregnancy please advise if you are or think you might be pregnant so that we can advise the correct, treatment.
Kids treatments need to be made by the parent or guardians permission. Parents can stay with the child whilst we perform the treatment, any allergies or medical conditions need to be advised to the therapist before the treatment.
Please arrive early for your treatment, or make sure you are at Home when we arrive.
Due to road traffic and our busy schedules therapists can some time be caught up, we shall advise you if we are more than 5 minutes late. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Please remember to drink plenty of water before and after your treatments.
After care facial and body products are available for sale. Please ask your therapist for advice for the best recommendations for your skin.
Gift vouchers are available for treatments and products.
After treatment
After some treatments we recommend you are careful in the sun afterwards. Removal of oil and keeping face out of the sun.
Waxing- We advise at least 24 hours after waxing before sun and pool exposure.
Please advise the therapist if you are too warm or too cold we want all our clients to be comfortable during the treatment.
We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.
